Daegu Samsung-Kiwoom match on the 3rd. All eyes were on Oh Seung-hwan (Samsung), who was the first starting pitcher in his debut.

Oh Seung-hwan, who recorded 374 saves in his personal career, fell short of expectations this season and needs a rebound. Pitching coach Jung Hyeon-wook suggested to manager Park Jin-man that playing long innings using his past experience would help recover his senses, and Oh Seung-hwan’s starting debut match was successful.

Oh Seung-hwan, who started as the first starting pitcher in his debut, pitched relatively well with 5 hits (1 home run), 6 strikeouts and 3 runs in 5 innings. The total number of pitches was 73. He had a speed gun up to 149 km and threw a mix of sliders, forkballs and curveballs.  토토사이트

Oh Seung-hwan took the first out count by directly handling Lee Jung-hoo’s ground ball in the first inning. Oh Seung-hwan was put in a crisis with one out and second base due to Park Chan-hyuk’s left-middle double. Kim Hye-sung threw a slider on the 7th pitch after a full count, but it led to a superior two-run arch. Oh Seung-hwan gave up a double to right-middle to Edison Russell. Lee Won-seok and Lee Hyung-jong were guided to a shortstop ground ball and a center fielder fly to finish the inning.

In the second inning, Lim Byeong-wook and Kim Hwi-jip were struck out in a row. After two outs, Lee Ji-young’s hit and Lee Jung-hoo’s double gave up one more point. He finished the second inning by handling Park Chan-hyuk with a fly ball to second base. In the 3rd inning, Kim Hye-seong (2nd base grounder), Russell (right fielder fly), and Lee Won-seok (strikeout on a swing) were tied together to complete the first tripartite inning.
